JOHNSON & JOHNSON UTILIZED VIVOOM’S PLATFORM TO HARNESS THE POWER OF ITS EXISTING CUSTOMERS,
turning them into a network of authentic influencers in order to drive awareness for their Global Citizens #makeHIVhistory campaign.
Powered by Vivoom, customers activated from touchpoints within Johnson & Johnson’s ecosystem and through influencer posts to create authentic, on-brand content shared across their own social and messaging channels
and redistributed by the brand. With Vivoom, users from around the world were able to share their powerful stories on how their lives, or a loved one’s, had been impacted by HIV and AIDS. In addition, Vivoom integrated with Johnson & Johnson’s loyalty program, “Global Citizen”, rewarding users who created videos to claim points put towards concerts, shows and events.
As a result, in addition to the primary goal of drivng awareness to Johnson & Johnson’s #makeHIVhistory campaign, a commercial quality video was produced from the videos created with Vivoom, shared across Johnson & Johnson’s owned channels.
